Bonsai & Co. is a marketing communications agency that provides strategic and creative services. I have been supporting Bonsai for several years on various projects, including custom development and website builds, and consulting on the correct implementation of Cyber Essentials and Salesforce. I also researched, scoped and deployed a new hosting solution for Bonsai’s clients, increasing security and stability across multiple websites.

I partnered with e-learning agency Strange Hill Education, who needed my expertise to win a tender for a course and custom LMS build for global wine and spirits seller Pernod Ricard. In addition to building and implementing two e-learning courses and a custom-built LMS, I worked closely with the project manager on the certifications needed for Pernod Ricard’s compliance requirements. I also advised them on new key roles that they would require to manage the platform going forward.
